Generational land tenure on the Wasatch Front

Good produce isn't complicated, but it takes working the same dirt until you know what it asks for. Our clay loam fields receive continuous cover crop regimens to build microbial activity before the spring thaw.

We avoid industrial consolidation in favor of targeted tillage, protecting the delicate biological strata that retain moisture through high-desert summers.

We watch the snowmelt come off the Wellsville Mountains before we turn the first furrow.
