Early Greens & Cold Roots
Early plantings come off the furrow as soon as the high run-off subsides. We harvest crisp romaine, lacinato kale, red radishes, and bunching carrots washed in cold well water and prepped for crisp wholesale turn.
Peak Summer Field Crops
High-heat rows produce thick-walled sweet bell peppers, heirloom slicing tomatoes, and sweet corn. Field sorting ensures uniform sizing and firm fruit skin suited for regional transport across the Wasatch corridor.
Autumn Orchard & Storage
Late summer heat concentrates brix levels in our Brigham City peaches before harvest transitions to hard winter squashes, pie pumpkins, and storage onions cured for extended commercial cold holding.

Pallet Tagging & Staging
Crews cut crops before 10:00 AM while field heat remains low, preserving turgidity and shelf stability across sensitive leaf greens and tender skins.
Produce enters stainless hydro-cooling flumes fed by mountain aquifer wells, dropping core temperatures rapidly to arrest respiration.
Crops pass across manual inspection belts where culls are removed and standard half-bushel, full bushel, or bulk wirebound crates are filled.
Containers are stacked onto four-way wooden pallets, shrink-wrapped with breathable netting, and tagged with lot codes in our 36-degree cooler.
